Wholesale accounts are available for established retailers (brick and mortar & ecommerce).
We do not offer wholesale pricing to individuals, stamp or scrapbook clubs, swaps or non-profit groups.

How to sign up as a wholesale customer online
Register as normal. Remember to fill in your company name and other relevant information.
Then contact us at sales@ladybugandfriends.com and leave a message indicating that you have logged in, and would like to be changed over to wholesale pricing.
Please describe your store in your e-mail, and be sure to reference the persons name you signed up under. Also attach your tax/business license.

Sales Taxes international customers
Our shipping and handling charges do not cover customs/duty charges on receiving end. This is the customers responsibility and you agree to this when placing an order with Ladybugandfriends.com.
Use the comment box in checkout if you have special shipping instructions.

Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight/volume of the items ordered, and also the locations they are shipped to. When checking out you will see that we have a flat shipping fee for orders up to 4 kg. If the shipment is larger, a PayPal checkout link will be provided, and the order will ship when shipping is fully paid by customer.

Customer Self Service is crucial to the Ladybugandfriends.com business model. You can print off any invoice/receipt from your account section any time you like.
